Legends of Norrath.
The newest game from SOE Denver. It's an online-only TCG based on EverQuest/EverQuest II that you can play both as a standalone PC client and launched from within either MMO. Check out the website, the art is terrific.

So far all card games outside poker evade me, or I evade them. They seem to be quite popular amongst sets of folks with whom I get along tho...
