If only I had complained more.

Sprint was the only wireless company I knew. I didn't really have any problems with them when I severed service over the weekend. Sure, the lady was snotty with me when I told her I got an iPhone. Whatever.

Imagine my surprise when I discovered yesterday that Sprint was terminating service with customers who had too many service complaints. In fact, they didn't even charge them a termination fee, like the $150 for each line we had to pay.

So let me get this straight... if I had bitched and moaned about my service incessantly, I would have saved $300? Damn, what a missed opportunity.
