Okay, so it's really Sebastian Vittel, the 19-year-old replacement for Robert Kubica.

In Montreal, Kubica had a horrific accident, from which he received few injuries. The FIA (F1's ruling body) declared Kubica unfit to race, allowing the famous llama-feeder... er, I mean teenaged driver, to take his seat.
