A job interview.
Honestly, it went about as good as it can go. I felt like I was prepared, and I wasn't nervous. Okay, not much. It's a wholesale printing company, which means I'd be typesetting about 10 business cards an hour. Interviewer gave me some tests, which I aced. We both determined that I was qualified for the job, and actually qualified to do her job too. It's just not what I'm looking for salary wise, since it's a 40% cut in pay and I think I can do better than that. Seems like a nice place to work. I told her I'd be in touch and we'd see how things went. All in all, it went very well.

Glad to hear it went well. It's not using your skills to any great degree but it may provide some firm base to get the real job from?
Good luck!
Well, if you're talking about using my trading card game designing skills, I think that dinosaur is rapidly becoming a tar pit.
Whomsover you might me, Mr. Grunt. :)
Hey! I got another interview next week with an advertising firm. Sounds like it should be more creative and promising!
cool. I wasn't thinking about the tcg side of things but rather the more creative bent that you applied to that craft. That is transportable and much more valuable.
