Reuters 1, AP 0.
In Sunday's Chinese Grand Prix, Michael Schumacher of Ferrari tied the points total of Fernando Alonso of Renault. AP reported this simply as a tie, while Reuters correctly pointed out that the first tie breaker is races won. This gives Schumacher the "slimmest of leads" as he has won 7 races to Alonso's 6.
I'm upset that the AP writers didn't realize there was a tie breaker in force. I wrote to Mike Harris, editor of Motor Sports at AP pointing this out. The next time AP reports something correctly, you can thank me.

Is the second tie breaker the amount of gas used?
What if it's a true tie? Does everyone win?
