Happy St. Patty's Day!

My Mother's maiden name was Callahan, and she was proud of being Irish. LWC is half-Irish as well, and our son is named for Brian Boru, High King of Ireland. I'd love to go there some day.

My Mother hated Catholics and therefore celebrated March 17th by wearing orange, not green. "We're Protestants," she always reminded me. So while you're out drinking tonight, hoist one for the orange side of the flag. Ireland Forever!

Trust me when I say this, he's nowhere near as defiant as his mother.
