Missing Azeroth.
Third day here in the Pacific Northwest, and soldiering on. Work is going fine, everybody is great and the schedules seem short but manageable. The accomodations here are pretty nice. The cable TV is solid, with maybe more channels than I have at home (but no HDTV, of course). I made last night's dinner and today's breakfast here myself after a trip to the grocery last night, so I'm getting settled.
Today's forecast includes possible "sun breaks," in case you were wondering if they were serious about it being overcast all the time. I'm getting some walking in around town, and there are hills (gasp), which I haven't walked in many years.
Unfortunately, the basic internet service here can't handle World of Warcraft, so we're looking into an upgrade. Which costs more money. Sigh. I must have my WoW, though. It's not just the game junkie in me, that's how I keep in touch with my friends and family. Since this isn't a Cox area, I have to use the webmail online email thing, which sucks.
Last I heard, LWC's having trouble with the WoW patch from Tuesday, so anybody that can lend a hand would be appreciated.
If this post sounds like I'm doing okay and still missing wife/home/sun, then you get the idea.

Marnie was having issues on the home PC as well. Luckily it took the mac all of 3 minutes to download
