Did Pokemon really cause seizures?

Find out for yourself. See if you can withstand The Killer Japanese Seizure Robots. Of course, maybe it was that damned electric mouse that caused the seizures, and not the flashing.

After a few seconds of frantic search for the back button, check out Pixeljam for soothing seizure relief. I was going to post a sample of the Seizure Robots in this post, but I didn't want the lawsuits.

Ouch. That really does start to hurt after a very short time.

I want my money back.

Consider it done. All money refunded. You'll be getting a check for $0.00 in the mail soon.

Speaking of which, my lovely silver Chevrolet Malibu was just paid off. We received the title in the mail, and a check to adjust the final total correctly. The check was from GMAC for $0.02. They wrote a check for TWO CENTS. How much did it cost the company to produce that check? $5? $10?

Thank goodness we're not dealing with that poorly-managed company any more. Oh wait, LWC has a Chevy Cobalt...

What's funny, is that a check written for 2 cents actually saves the company money, because the checks are generated by a computer. They cannot legally without money that is owed to you, regardless of the amount, but they issue so many checks that it would actually cost them more to have a human being (who requires insurance, training, breaks, Christmas parties, etc.) look at the check and say "Wow. This is stupid."

Uh, I don't know nothin' 'bout no computers, but....

Let's say a check costs $5 for the company to produce. Paper, postage, computer time, all that together.

The subroutine looks something like this: If checkamount < 5.00, then goto donotsendcheck.

Think of how much a company could save with this innovation!

Yeah, but knowing you as I do, silver fox, you would probably call and complain if you were supposed to get a check for $1.58 and didn't get it.

And then you're costing them more money, which may be the point altogether.
