A history of the GUI.

Have you ever heard of Douglas Englebart? In 1968 he demonstrated an amazing number of new ideas for a graphical user interface. Man, that meeting must have been mind-blowing. This is before Xerox and PARC and Woz and Apple. The man that invented the mouse, and the cursor. Wow.
